Shipping

- Flat $6.99 shipping on all US orders.

- Free local pickup: your order will be placed in the tea box on our porch at 2847 SE 58th Ave, Portland, OR 97206. We'll email you when it's ready for pickup.

- Orders ship within 3 business days.

- Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If a package is returned or needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address, the customer covers the reshipping cost.

- If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please wait 2–3 business days (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early). If there is no tracking update for two weeks, contact us and we'll treat it as lost.

Returns

- All tea sales are final. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, email us at fengxiapdx@gmail.com and we'll reship your order or refund you.
